Charleston Oyster Company is owned and operated by Jeff and Carrie Spahr. We have been harvesting and delivering oysters throughout the Charleston area since 2001. We sustainably cultivate and harvest our oysters. Our permit area covers a 950 acre area in and around Bull’s Bay, near Awendaw and McClellanville, SC. We wash our oysters clean enough to go straight into the cooker, and we deliver them to you on the day of your party.
